Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided but store credit/gift cards in equal value of your order may be provided.

If we receive an order back due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, there will be no refund issued. We will contact the customer to inquire about reshipping with correct shipping address and re-bill for the shipping cost. 

No replacing of an order package due to being thrown away, incorrect address provided on order and/or damaged by a family member, rental manager and/or neighbor, etc. Signature confirmation is encouraged.

Items are sold as spiritual items and curios only. No refunds on custom items orders and/or services. 

Shipping Policy 

We generally process orders between 5-7 business days. When your tracking number is generated and received that indicates your order is completed and will ship within 2-3 business days. 

If an item is lost and the shipping provider cannot locate the item, please file a claim with the respective shipping provider so they may investigate the issue. Purchasing insurance or signature confirmation is encouraged. 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace orders due to shipping provider error.  

Items omitted or incorrectly packaged, please contact us at info@infinitemysticgoddess.com within 3-5 business days providing a picture of the incorrect item along with a copy of the invoice.  If the information (picture and invoice) is not provided, we will not be able to correct the order. Please place “Order Error” in the subject line of the email. 

Items broken, please contact the shipping provider immediately to file a claim. The shipping provider is responsible for packages once collected from us. Purchasing insurance is encouraged.

We do not ship internationally.

Cancellation Policy 

We cannot change and/or cancel an order or service once it has been submitted and processed. We highly suggest orders, application of discounts, shipping information is reviewed before completing your order.
